Step 3: OPEN A SPANISH BANK ACCOUNT AND OBTAIN NIE
We assist you in opening a Spanish bank account and obtaining the NIE number required by law for property purchase.
Step 4: SIGN PURCHASE CONTRACT AND PAY DEPOSIT
Sign the purchase contract and pay a 10% deposit. Commitment to the stipulations in the contract. Both buyer and seller stand to lose 10% if either party backs out.
Step 3: OPEN A SPANISH BANK ACCOUNT AND OBTAIN NIE
We assist you in opening a Spanish bank account and obtaining the NIE number required by law for property purchase.
