This beautiful house is located in La Florida, in the district of Arona. The house is on a plot of 500 m2 with quiet private atmosphere and lawn areas. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a complete kitchen, a large living room with dining area and large balcony. There is a garage and a storage/laundry room. In the lower part of the house there is an apartment with bedroom, living room with kitchen corner –  the kitchen has not been built, a bathroom and a large terrace. The bungalow settlement is very quiet. From the house you have a view over the beautiful landscape of the south of Tenerife to the coast (village and port Las Galletas) Air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom.

Deutsch – Das Haus befindet sich in der Urbanización (bungalowsiedlung) La Florida, im Bezirk von Arona. Zum Haus gehoert ein Grundstueck von 500 m2 mit ruhiger Privat atmosphere und rasenflaechen. Das Haupthaus hat 2 schlafzimmer, 1 badezimmer, eine komplette kueche, ein grosses wohnzimmer mit essecke und grossem balkon. Es gibt eine garage und einen abstell/ waschraum. Im unteren teil des hauses gibt es ein apartment mite in schlafzimmer, wohnzimmer mit kuechenecke (die kueche ist nicht gebaut worden weil das apartment wurde immer nur
benutzt fuer unsere familie von Deutschland die in diesen apartment haben nur geschlafen), ein badezimmer umd eine grosse terrasse. Die bungalowsiedlung liegt sehr ruhig. Vom Haus aus hat man sicht ueber die
wunderschoene landschaft des suedes teneriffas bis zur kueste (Dorf und Hafen Las Galletas) Klimaanlage im wohnzimmer und im haupt schlafzimmer.
